Work with the mop close to you and keep your elbows close to your body. Work with lowered shoulders and a straight back and hold the handle loosely in order to avoid a static work posture. Control the mop handle by exerting light pressure and work with small figure eight movements. Use your leg strength and change the centre of gravity so that the load change between both legs. Work with a straight neck, an incorrect head posture can result in muscle pain and headaches.
